1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
    They may be applied only toward eligible self-pay wellness and aesthetic services at La Lueur Health & Wellness.

  2. Gift cards may NOT be used for any medical services, including but not limited to:

    • laboratory tests or lab draw fees

    • diagnostic testing

    • prescription medications (including semaglutide, tirzepatide, HRT, antibiotics, or any controlled medication)

    • medical weight loss visits

    • chronic care management

    • insurance-related visits
      These items fall under medical care and are regulated separately from elective aesthetic services.

  3. Gift cards MAY be applied to the following eligible aesthetic and wellness services:

    • Laser hair removal

    • Liquid Lipo

    • EvolveX body contouring

    • Forma / RF skin tightening

    • Facials and skincare treatments

    • Vitamin shots and wellness boosts

    • Non-medical wellness consultations

    • Body contouring and skin tightening packages

    • Retail skincare products

  4. Gift cards do not expire.
    Promotional or bonus credits—when offered—may have their own expiration timelines.

  5. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase memberships, medical visits, lab interpretation appointments, or weight loss medication refills.

  6. Gift cards MAY be used toward elective wellness consultations (non-medical), but not toward medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
    All medical services require a separate payment.

  7. Gift cards must be presented at time of service.
    Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

  8. Gift cards purchased during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, holiday campaigns, or limited-time sales)
    may not be combined with additional discounts or offers.

  9. Unused balances remain on the card and may be applied to future eligible services.

  10. Purchasing or redeeming a gift card does not create a patient-provider relationship.
    All clients must complete appropriate intake forms and be medically cleared before receiving any medical or aesthetic procedure.

  11. La Lueur Health & Wellness reserves the right to verify the identity of the gift card holder before redemption to prevent fraud or misuse.

  12. By purchasing or redeeming a Glow by Grace Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
