These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of The Brightening Co. Gift Card issued by The Brightening Co. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Gift Cards can be purchased in-store or online and can be loaded with any dollar amount from $50 (minimum) to $368 (maximum). Only values in increments of 50 are available, excluding the exact service prices of each of The Brightening Co.'s treatment options.
1.2 Gift Cards may only be redeemed at The Brightening Co. location or through our website.
1.3 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards unless explicitly stated.
2.1 Gift Cards can be applied toward any of our teeth whitening services, including:
Initial Treatment $229
Boost Treatment $189
Buddy Treatment $368
2.2 Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service.
3.1 Gift Cards expire on December 31, 2026.
3.2 No activation, service, or dormancy fees apply.
4.1 Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
4.2 Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced.
4.3 Unauthorized resale or fraudulent use may result in cancellation of the Gift Card.
5.1 Card balances can be checked in-store or online.
5.2 Remaining balances do not earn interest.
