These Terms and Conditions apply to all Driving Lessons Gift Vouchers issued by Driving Skills Academy Ltd.
By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Voucher, you agree to the following terms.

Gift Vouchers may be redeemed only against Driving Lessons provided by Driving Skills Academy.
Driving Lessons may include (but are not limited to) standard driving lessons, confidence building sessions, refresher lessons, mock driving tests, motorway lessons, and other forms of practical driver training offered by Driving Skills Academy.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used for driving lessons or services provided by any other driving school or instructor.
Vouchers may be used for full or part payment of Driving Lessons.
If the voucher value does not cover the full cost of lessons booked, the balance must be paid before lessons take place.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Expiry dates cannot normally be extended, except as outlined in Section 8.
All Driving Lessons are subject to instructor availability and the areas covered by Driving Skills Academy.
Driving Lessons must be booked in advance.
The recipient must meet all legal requirements to take Driving Lessons in the UK, including holding a valid provisional driving licence.
Gift Vouchers do not guarantee availability at specific times or with a specific instructor.
The recipient of the Gift Voucher must agree to and comply with Driving Skills Academy’s standard Terms and Conditions of Service before any Driving Lessons take place.
These Terms and Conditions form a separate contract for services between the learner and Driving Skills Academy (or the allocated instructor).
Failure to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service may result in the Gift Voucher being unable to be redeemed.
Where the learner receiving Driving Lessons is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must:
Provide consent for Driving Lessons to take place
Agree to and accept Driving Skills Academy’s Terms and Conditions of Service on behalf of the learner
Be responsible for all payments, cancellations, and compliance with the Terms and Conditions
Driving Skills Academy reserves the right to refuse or suspend Driving Lessons for a learner under 18 where appropriate parental or guardian consent has not been provided.
The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the learner’s conduct and cooperation during Driving Lessons.
Standard Driving Skills Academy cancellation terms apply.
Driving Lessons cancelled with insufficient notice, or missed without notice, may be deducted from the voucher value.
Cancellation notice requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable once purchased, except where required by law and as outlined below.
Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
If, despite Driving Skills Academy’s best efforts, we are unable to begin providing Driving Lessons within the voucher’s validity period due to instructor availability or operational constraints, a refund will be issued to the original voucher purchaser.
Refunds under this clause will be limited to the amount paid for the Gift Voucher and will not include any additional compensation.
This clause does not apply where the delay is caused by the learner’s availability, failure to meet legal requirements, or failure to book lessons within the voucher validity period.
Gift Vouchers may be transferred to another person before redemption, provided they meet the legal requirements to take Driving Lessons.
Once Driving Lessons have begun, vouchers cannot normally be transferred.
Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash.
Driving Skills Academy cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion if proof of purchase is provided.
Driving Skills Academy reserves the right to allocate or change instructors if necessary due to availability, illness, vehicle issues, or other operational reasons.
Any change will be communicated clearly and handled professionally.
Gift Vouchers are for Driving Lessons only.
No guarantee is given that the recipient will pass their driving test within any specific number of lessons.
Progress depends on the individual learner’s ability, commitment, and practice.
Driving Skills Academy reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher if it is believed to be fraudulent, altered, or misused.
Vouchers must be presented or referenced correctly at the time of booking.
Driving Skills Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version applicable will be the one in force at the time the voucher is purchased.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
