Membership Dues

Price Monthly - $30

The Member acknowledges that monthly membership payments will be automatically debited from their account on the same or the next business day of each calendar month following the initial sign-up date. For instance, if the Member signs up on the 15th of July, subsequent payments will be drafted on the 15th of each successive month. Payment of monthly dues may be facilitated through automatic debit or credit card transactions.

Price Annually - $330

The Member acknowledges that annual membership payments will be automatically debited from their account on the same or next business day of each calendar year following the initial sign-up date. For example, if the Member signs up on the 15th of July, subsequent annual payments will be drafted on the 15th of July each successive year. Payment of annual dues may be facilitated through automatic debit or credit card transactions.

Member Access

This membership agreement entitles the member to access Controller’s Loganville, GA facility so long as all payments are current.

Hours and specific location access are posted at www.controllergamelounge.com.

Members are granted up to 2 hours of video gaming access (via PlayStation, Xbox, and/or Nintendo Switch) on any day Controller is open to the general public. Upon exceeding the initial 2-hour limit, members have the option to continue playing at a discounted rate of $12 per additional hour. Controller reserves the right to rotate players, including members, after the initial 2 hours to ensure that waiting guests can also enjoy access to console gaming.

Camps, Parties, and Events

Camps, parties, and events are offered by Controller, but are not included in the member’s membership dues. Controller may offer discount camps, parties, and events for members, but reserves the right to demand additional fees for any camps, parties, and events that the Member chooses to participate in.

Indemnification

This membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Controller harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.

Rules & Participation

The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while using Controller’s facilities and equipment.

Controller reserves the right to revoke the Member’s access if these terms are violated.

Membership Cancellation

This membership may be cancelled by providing written notice, in person, at Controller. The Member may retain membership benefits through the end of the most recent paid month’s dues. No refunds will be issued.

Membership Renewal

This Membership Agreement shall be renewed automatically unless either party gives written notice to the other.

Binding Law

This membership contract shall be considered binding upon the Member and Controller and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any legal proceedings related to this membership contract shall take place in courts located in Gwinnett County, GA.

Acceptance

The below signed party hereby enter into this membership contract in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above.
