Remaining balance due in 6 months or after first raise, based of discounted price of $3564 offered during introduction phase of the membership ($936 off from current pricing) .

Example of total due:

1. First Raise at 3 months: Total due = $3564 - $500 -$97*3 = $2773

2. If Fund Manager does not choose to participate in any raise, after 6 months

Total Due = $3564-$500-$97*6 = $2484
