Join me online on Saturday 21st September at 3pm, in an intimate group setting of fellow female souls, where you will work with your solar plexus- the energy centre for self confidence.

You can do this from the comfort of your living room or even your bed; the most important thing is that you won't be disturbed.

This is going to be beautifully enlightening and thought provoking, and you will receive some reiki energy during a blissful meditation.

Zoom link will be sent out 48 hours before. You will need a pen and paper/journal, a pillow and blanket, maybe some socks if your feet get cold, and a candle if you have one. If you happen to have a citrine crystal, make sure you cleanse it ready!
