As an experienced Midwife, Certified Breastfeeding Counsellor and Tongue-tie Practitioner, I am able to offer a very high standard of infant feeding support. A Tongue tie assessment consultation will last around 1 hour 30 minutes and includes taking a full pregnancy, birth and feeding history. A feed will be observed, followed by a full assessment of oral anatomy and function. If tongue tie division is recommended and preferred by you, I can provide onward referral to a private practitioner. I will work in partnership with you to provide support with any feeding issues and come up with an individualised feeding plan.
