Leading Behavioural Safety is a one-day interactive course designed for leaders, managers, and supervisors who want to drive a stronger safety culture by understanding the psychology behind behavioural safety. Unlike traditional health and safety training, this course focuses on the human and leadership factors that influence safe and unsafe behaviours in the workplace.

Participants will explore the psychological drivers of behaviour, learn how to shape safety culture through leadership, and develop strategies to positively influence attitudes and behaviours toward workplace safety.
