Payment & Cancellation (Summary)

• Deposit: AED 500 per person to secure your spot. Non-refundable & non-transferable.

• Balance: Due within 15 days of deposit payment and no later than 30 days before start (15 Jan 2026). For unpaid balances, participation will be cancelled; deposit forfeited.

• Cancellations:

  • More then 30 days before 15 Feb 2026: Refund of balance paid minus AED 500 deposit (less bank/card fees).

  • 30–15 days before 15 Feb 2026: 50% refund of amounts paid (deposit/fees excluded).

  • Less then 15 days before 15 Feb 2026: No refunds (incl. no-shows/early departures).

• Fees: All bank/card/FX fees are the guest’s responsibility and deducted from any refund.

• Adjustments: Schedule may change for animal welfare, weather, or safety (no compensation). If the organizer cancels, you receive a full refund of amounts paid to the organizer (external costs like flights not covered).

• Travel docs & insurance: Guests are responsible for passports/visas; comprehensive travel insurance strongly recommended.

By paying the AED 500 deposit, you agree to the terms above.
