By purchasing our tax software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Software Only Purchase This purchase includes access to Tax Software Only for the price of $297. No additional training, support services, or bank product enrollments are included unless otherwise stated.

2. Setup Time Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for software setup and activation after purchase and submission of all required information.

3. EFIN Requirement All tax professionals are required to obtain an IRS-issued Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) to legally use and operate tax software for client filing.

   • We are not responsible for delays, denials, or issues in the EFIN application process.

   • It is your sole responsibility to apply for and receive your EFIN before attempting to use the software.

4. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital product delivery and licensing, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

   • Failure to obtain an EFIN

   • Change of business plans

   • Lack of technical skill or system compatibility issues

5. License Usage The software is licensed for use by the purchasing individual or business entity only. Sharing, reselling, or unauthorized duplication of access is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Technology and Software Fee: Maximum Fees is $40. This fee does not include any bank fees or optional add-on fee fees.
