Court-Informed, Evidence-Based Anger Intervention
Court Counseling Institute offers a structured 10-session Anger Management program developed by licensed therapists and mental health professionals. This program is designed for individuals mandated to attend anger intervention by the courts, legal counsel, or employers. It is also suitable for clients seeking support with emotional regulation, communication, and accountability in high-conflict situations.
Important: While this program is widely accepted by courts, employers, and legal authorities across North America, we strongly recommend obtaining pre-approval from your lawyer, probation officer, or caseworker prior to registration. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure this is the correct program for their specific legal or professional requirements.
What’s Included:
Ten 50-minute one-on-one video sessions with a licensed therapist or social worker
Flexible scheduling: weekly or fast-tracked (up to 3 sessions per week with court approval)
Evidence-informed curriculum covering:
Introduction to anger and its psychological foundation
Calming techniques and early intervention tools
Understanding personal anger roots and triggers
Challenging anger myths and reframing responses
