Terms & Conditions for Build-Out Services

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy After Build Start: Once the build-out process has commenced, all payments are non-refundable. If you have any concerns during the process, you're encouraged to contact the developer directly to discuss and resolve them.

2. Respectful Communication Required: We maintain a respectful and professional working environment. If at any point, threats, harassment, or disrespectful behavior are made toward the developer or team, services may be suspended immediately.

3. Partial Refund Upon Suspension: In the event service is suspended due to inappropriate conduct, a partial refund may be issued at the developer's discretion, based on the portion of the project not yet completed.

4. Collaborative Process: We are committed to delivering a quality product and value clear communication. You're welcome to provide feedback and ask questions throughout the process to ensure alignment.
