Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu one class pass can be used for participants ages 3-17 year-olds in any of our classes. Our programs focus on improving body awareness and control while encouraging problem-solving and cognitive development. We aim to fosters a love for learning and self-improvement, building confidence, discipline and resilience to overcome difficulties.
