This engagement confirms our agreement for your participation in my 90-Day Tax Coaching Program. The purpose of this engagement is to provide coaching, strategy, and guidance to help you build and grow your tax business.

Scope of Services

As your Tax Coach, I will provide the following over a 90-day period:

• Weekly Coaching Sessions: One (1) session per week for 1 hour at a designated time agreed upon by both parties.

• Business Strategy Guidance: Action plans (“plays”) on how to grow your tax business, streamline operations, and increase profitability.

• Team Growth Strategies: Practical strategies for helping your tax team grow and achieve business success.

• Organizational Development: Guidance on structuring your business for simplicity and efficiency.

• Marketing Strategies: Proven plays for marketing, client acquisition, and brand growth.

• Interactive Q&A: Each coaching session will include time for you to ask questions and receive direct feedback.

• Homework Assignments: Practical action items to be completed between sessions to accelerate growth and accountability.

Client Responsibilities

To maximize the value of this program, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled weekly sessions (1 hour each).

• Complete homework and action steps assigned between sessions.

• Come prepared with questions or challenges to discuss during Q&A.

• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling conflicts or rescheduling needs.

Program Duration

This program lasts for 90 days (12 weeks) from the start date. Sessions will be held weekly at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Fees & Payment Terms

The total fee for the 90-Day Tax Coaching Program is: $697

• Payment is due: in full before the program begins.

• Payments are non-refundable, as this program is designed to ensure accountability and long-term growth.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Strategies, materials, and plays shared with you are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared outside your business team without written permission.

Testimonials & Marketing Release

By participating in this program, you agree that TaxMaster Pro may request and use your testimonial (written, recorded, or video) for marketing and promotional purposes. Testimonials may be shared on websites, social media, presentations, or other marketing platforms. Your personal financial details will never be disclosed—only your feedback and results from working with me.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, fees paid are non-refundable.
