UNHINGED is more than a dance class. It is a space to stretch, move, release, and remember who you are.
We begin with deep, intentional stretching and mobility to wake up the body and melt away tension. Then we build energy through dance fitness, designed to help you feel strong, confident, and alive. From there, we explore a sensual style of movement using heels or chairs. Though barefoot is always welcome, and often best when starting out.
There is no pressure, no performance, and no need for past experience. Just your body, your breath, and a safe place to come undone in the best way possible.
