Join us Sunday, October 5 at 7:00 PM for yoga with Studio 01, timed to the glow of October’s Harvest Moon / Supermoon.

As the moon rises and brightens in its fullness (peaking Oct 6), we’ll flow, breathe, and set intentions under this luminous sky.

We will be reviewing the Harvest moon, doing relaxing yoga, followed by the sound bowls.

What to bring: your mat, water, cozy layer (blanket optional)
