“Recovering You” is a comprehensive 6-session package, aimed at working in depth into your needs. We will work together on your target aim and make sure at the end of the programme you are able to keep the momentum and work on your goal on your own. This programme will provide you with the tools, mindset and techniques to ensure your goal is being fulfilled in your life. This is a comprehensive package where we will explore your needs in depth.
